Display density calculator
PPI Calculator
Calculate pixel density from resolution and diagonal display size for phones, laptops, monitors, and TVs.
Calculate PPI
Enter resolution and diagonal size to estimate pixels per inch.
Pixel density
91.8 PPI

Why PPI matters
PPI helps compare sharpness across displays. A larger monitor with the same resolution usually has lower PPI, while a smaller high-resolution phone has much higher PPI.
Lower PPI
Text and UI can look larger, but pixels may be more visible at close distances.
Higher PPI
Sharper text and images, usually better for phones, tablets, design, and retina-style screens.
